While the infection rate continues to rise in Charente-Maritime (247 per 100,000 inhabitants), the Sdis (Provincial Fire and Rescue Service), in partnership with authorized civil security associations, the regional health agency and the county council, is opening a mobile vaccination at the center from August 2 2021, Stefan Vaillant, the new president of Sdis, announced on Friday.
The public will be able to attend without an appointment

Charente-Maritime was maintained during the first waves, and is no longer spared. The age group of 19-29 is particularly affected, with a record incidence of 835. In recent days, many camps, hotels, businesses or recreation centers have been forced to close following positive cases among staff.
On Friday, July 23, 2021, 63% of Charente Maritime residents received at least their first injection.
