The Evercade VS Starter Pack is the entry point to the new Evercade home console system. This package comes with:

The console comes with 4 USB port multiplayer domestically and is compatible with various third-party wireless controllers and USB controllers. Dual cartridge slot allows you to instantly trigger one of existing Evercade cartridges *, plus one of the new combos, and will allow you to choose the game from two groups at the same time.

Additional controllers and extensions will be available for pre-order separately for Evercade VS.

Premium package

The Evercade VS Premium Pack is a great bundle for those who want to jump into the multiplayer experience right away.

Are there Evercade VS Cartridges?

Evercade VS supports all current and future Evercade cartridges. The one exception is the Namco Museum Collection 1 & 2 (trolleys 02 and 06) exclusively licensed for mobile use. We hope to bring them to Evercade VS in the future.

Are there any exclusive cartridges for Evercade VS

No. All cartridges, including the new arcade games, are available to play on all Evercade systems except for the aforementioned Namco Museum collections.

Can I have additional controllers?

Yes you can! Additional wired controllers are available for pre-order.

Will Evercade VS work with other consoles?

Yes it will be. There will be out-of-the-box support for many old and new third-party consoles, including wireless dongle support for 8bitdo controllers and full support for Xbox Adaptive Controller.

Will there be an Evercade VS wireless controller?

We hope to release a new wireless controller in 2022.

Does Evercade VS come with a power supply and / or an HDMI cable?

An HDMI power supply and cable are not included with Evercade VS. This is compatible with any HDMI cable and is powered by any 5V power supply or USB adapter (2A recommended)

Can Evercade VS update the firmware on an Evercade mobile device?

However, at this point, this cannot be the case, we are looking for ways to implement a more user-friendly firmware update in the future.

Can I use an Evercade VS Link cable to charge an Evercade handheld device?

No, the cable is designed not to charge the portable controller or any other wireless controller due to the required power consumption.

Does Evercade VS have an online multiplayer feature or other online features?

Evercade VS is a local multiplayer machine only and does not have an account or streaming service. We are exploring options to implement specific online features such as leaderboards and achievements after the console launch in November 2021.

Will there be digital downloads, games or stores on Evercade VS?

Evercade is a physical game-only ecosystem and there are no plans to offer digital purchases, game downloads, or streaming services to Evercade Handheld or VS consoles.

What are the specifications of Evercade VS?

Evercade VS is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core processor and has a 512MB DDR3 RAM plus 4GB internal storage. It has four USB control ports and two Evercade cartridge holes. It will output 1080p resolution via HDMI and powered by the micro USB port. Evercade VS also has built-in Wi-Fi.
