The City of Kemper’s Digital Inclusion Policy aims to reduce the digital divide. It provides the residents of Quimbe to better meet their needs by supporting them in their administrative procedures, helping them to obtain accurate information or even better sharing of information, Quimper City Council said in a press release. In addition, “a demonstration of training in the use of the tools has been proposed to allow greater ease and independence for those who need them.”
