They have been on the front lines for more than a year and a half now, on the front lines in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Caregivers are physically and mentally exhausted.
To improve the comfort and well-being of its teams, Troyes Hospital Center had the idea of creating a relaxation area and picnic area for its employees.
It was still necessary to find a way to finance the installations.
This was made possible thanks to the donations of the beneficiaries, the foundation states on its Facebook page.
Among these generous benefactors, Champagne Fm and its listeners.
Solidarity cash code
In the spring of 2020, at the height of the epidemic, the main broadcasting game, CashCode, became standardized.
Each day, the sums involved, which were not earned, were distributed to workers in hospitals and clinics in the area.
Even better, the listeners who won were invited to donate a portion of their winnings and they all agreed to give 50, 100 and even 300 euros automatically.
In the end, nearly 7,000 euros were allocated to the SPS (Nursing Staff Care) Association, the Reims CHU Work Fund, the Courlancy Group teams in Bezannes and the staff of Troyes Hospital.
The relaxation area provides:
An immersive relaxation helmet that offers 200 types of guided sessions.
This fun tool combines relaxation therapy and virtual reality to deliver a real bubble of detachment and relaxation.
– Chairs designed for relaxation
– Shared library
– Zen Decoration
Picnic area:
This outdoor restaurant is located in the orchard behind the new hospital building at Simone Veil Hospital.
It consists of 10 wooden tables, set up in a green space and woods, as in a real picnic area in nature.

These two staff spaces, at a cost of €11,500, were funded by donations earmarked for these projects:
