esports federation germanyESBD) Launches his Diversity Mentoring Program: The program targets young professionals who want to make the leap into the world of esports. The goal is to promote the sustainable promotion of esports in all its aspects and to make it more diverse. Anyone can participate, preferring women and members of marginalized groups as trainees.
For a period of six months, interns have the opportunity to exchange ideas with well-known mentors who support them in their professional development through regular meetings and career advice. The goal is to help the trainees create their first network in the scene. Among others, Becca Henry (misfits), Hans Christian d’Or (Riot Games), and Chris Hanna (TEO) will be available as mentors.

The program is aimed at young professionals who wish to work in various fields such as team management, public relations, and business development or who have recently started.
