As the owner and authorized site of Three D Navigator GmbH, the 17-year-old proudly demonstrates his development: with the “Architecture” app, the house can be virtually designed and 3D-designed on the planned construction site. As if you were right in the still unbuilt house in the new building area Ober-Ramstädter – the Felix app, which he developed with friends, impresses with virtual reality. Manufacturers of prefab homes must use the application for their customers. It’s still a prototype, but there are already many interested parties.
“I don’t sleep” – balancing school and company
Felix spends every free minute in the office at his parents’ house. “Every day is well measured,” the 17-year-old explains. In addition to school and work, there is also time for sports and friends. “I don’t sleep,” the teen said half-jokingly, half-seriously in an RTL interview. “I usually write emails at night.” Meetings are held in the evenings and on weekends.
