Operator Free just announced the arrival of a new mobile plan for Ukrainian refugees, which is free and without obligation.
The French government estimates that about 30,000 people have arrived in France, half of them just for transit. SMS is unlimited in France, Poland and Ukraine. MMS is also unlimited in mainland France, while 10GB of mobile internet per month in 4G/4G+ is included in the package (the speed is reduced afterwards).
