Google has surprised everyone by releasing the information Pixel 9 Pro folding Gemini, with a short teaser video linked to its artificial intelligence. Despite several leaks that have already revealed details about the device, Google has decided to take the initiative and confirm the design and name of its next foldable Android smartphone.
The teaser video, albeit short, gives a look at the design of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, clearly showing the stacked lenses, external screen and hinged rear camera module. The teaser also confirms the official name of the device, putting an end to rumors circulating online.
Google decided to reveal the Pixel 9 Pro foldable early after a series of leaks revealed the phone in detail, including videos and comparisons with other devices. The company plans to officially launch the new Pixel 9 lineup, including the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, during the “Made by Google” event on August 13.

We will have to wait until August to get official confirmation of the technical specifications of all the devices, but we already know that the Google Pixel 9 and the iPhone 16 Pro will have the same display.
