Railroad enthusiasts, and finally those who want to run trains on them, the popular Train Sim license is back. And indeed, on the occasion of Gamescom, Dovetail Games is revealing its upcoming releases including Train Sim World 5 and its first virtual reality game.
Sim World 5 Training Adds new gameplay features to the franchise. The title includes Route Hopping, fast travel, or a console mode that allows players to check tickets and manage train doors thanks to the first “Service” mode.

With new features like controller mode, track change, fast travel and a long-awaited overhaul of our live 2D map, this is a particularly big new release for Train Sim World! VR Sim Training
Train Sim World VR: New York will allow Dovetail Games to diversify its offerings to a new platform. For the first time ever, the train line from Harlem to New York will be available to players using the Meta Quest headset in a unique and exclusive VR game. Intuitive controls, brand new gameplay mechanics and a stylish New York apartment to explore add a whole new dimension to the Train Sim World series.
