A box specifically intended for games being created. They are about fifteen locals to make prototypes or works that have just been released or printed by yourself.
Among them, smiling Theo Michel exchanges with parents who wander with their offspring. “It’s kind of dark humor,” the 34-year-old warns. “It’s more a game for you than for your children.” And for good reason: the newly printed card game called Fait des kids.
“It really started out as a raving among friends, Girondin recalls. We told ourselves that society values having children but the bad sides were never brought to light. We’re not talking about ‘tsunafumi’ or ‘kakatastrophase’! The game makes it fun.”
twenty minutes game
The goal of Make Kids is to earn 10 points of appreciation from the community. Accumulated thanks to the children. But these bring their share of galleys. Resource cards (eg changing linen) can remedy this. “Action” cards will add more liveliness to the game, since, among other things, the player can decide to divorce another player.
“It’s very dynamic because the game takes about twenty minutes,” continues Théo Michel. He created “Fais des gosse” with Thibaud de Couty. These two professors who are in the Gironde (respectively in Biology and Communication) do not live from this activity. They collaborated with the painter Frank Raynal.
Theo Michel adds: “This first edition is self-printed. We will suggest crowdfunding So people can order the game.” A trick that matches supply and demand. Théo Michel attends the board games festival until Sunday, April 24, around noon.
