Nokia just announced its PureBook Pro laptop that comes in two screen sizes – 17.3 inches and 15.6 inches. However, it should be noted that the wearable device is made by a French startup called global stop It has a licensing agreement with Nokia to distribute the device in 22 countries around the world.
The device has an aluminum top cover, rounded edges, a large touchpad and a backlit keyboard. Of course, both options come with Full HD IPS panels with up to 250 nits of brightness, but only offer one processor option — an Intel Core i3-1220P paired with 8GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD.
The 17-inch flavor offers a 63Wh battery, while the smaller iteration carries a 57Whr package. The first weighs 2.5 kg, and the second weighs 1.7 kg, which is more reasonable.
When it comes to connectivity, there is no difference between the 17-inch and 15-inch variants. Either way, you get 2x USB-C 3.2, 1x USB-A 3.2, and 1x 3.5mm audio jack.
You have the possibility to choose between the colors blue, grey, silver and red. Pricing and availability dates haven’t been revealed yet, but according to the spec sheet, it will position itself in the lower to mid-range segment.
