Steam February Poll: RTX 3060 Laptop GPU Becomes Top Performer, AMD Slips

What just happened? Valve’s latest Steam poll is here. During February, AMD saw a rare drop in the number of participants using its processors, and it was an excellent month for the RTX 3060 mobile GPU, which is now Ampere’s most popular graphics product.

In the main GPU chart, one has to wonder if the GTX 1060 will be pushed out of the lead. It’s been more than four years since the Pascal card stole the crown from the GTX 750 Ti, but it’s still the fourth-best performer last month with +0.20% gains, cementing its position at the top. The RTX 2060 continues to up the ante, with a +0.21% increase.

Elsewhere, Windows 10 is now down to the point that it’s running on just over three-quarters of participants’ devices with Windows 11 rising to just over 15%.
