The year has got off to a good start for the mobile giant TECNO as evidenced by the latest Counterpoint report published in April 2021.
According to them and for the first time, TECNO became the # 1 brand in selling smartphones in Africa in 2020 ahead of SAMSUNG. The company has maintained its commitment to providing access to the latest technology with elegant artistic designs. This was mainly in the second half of 2020 and after two very successful smartphone launches (SPARK 5 and CAMON 16) TECNO came back into action and took first place on the continent. The brand took its first steps in Africa, but today it is also present in more than 60 countries around the world including Asia, Latin America and the Middle East.

As usual, Tecno Mobile is preparing for many surprises for its fans in 2021. The previous year was rich in novelties and innovations, and the African giant of the smartphone sector is preparing for the imminent launch. The next few weeks should allow us to learn more about the mobiles that the brand will launch in this new year. So Bova, Camon, Spark or Phantom?
Building on its success, TECNO signed an important contract with a new ambassador, but his name has yet to be revealed.
