Tesla Cybertruck will make its way to the popular video game Fortnite. A new marketing move for the company led by Elon Musk.
The rumors have been getting more and more intense in recent days and now it's official. The Tesla Cybertruck is coming to the Fortnite video game tomorrow, a first for the company.
In fact, Elon Musk's company has long refused to have any marketing policy around its cars. A few years ago, the Tesla Model S entered the Forza Motorsport game catalog.
Recently, a new version of the racing video game featured the Model 3. But for Tesla, this video game presence was very small. And from the gamer side, these models were not the most anticipated.

But the Cybertruck’s arrival in Fortnite represents another approach for Tesla. In fact, the electric pickup has been integrated into a “Battle Royale” type game. So it’s quite different from adding it to a car game.
Epic Games’ game runs in seasons of about three months, and the current theme is all about cars. The publisher has already partnered with McLaren and Lamborghini in the past. BMW recently teased its iX2 in the game.
Players will need to purchase the Cybertruck “skin” from the store using virtual currency. From there, they will be able to use it in the game’s various game modes for the game’s 200 million monthly players.
