Three new Xbox consoles are available for pre-order: prices, release dates… details! | Xbox

Earlier this year, during the Xbox Games Showcase, Microsoft made it official that three new Xbox consoles would be arriving by the end of the year. These are by no means more powerful consoles, but rather revisions to the Xbox Series X in October!

While until now, we've only had to accept the vague “end of the year” date, it's just been confirmed that the three new Xbox consoles will be available on October 15 and October 29 in some countries. Console availability will vary by country. As for France, it's October 15!

We will update the article when pre-orders open at retailers other than the Microsoft Store. Note that the Xbox Series X 2TB Galaxy Black Special Edition is exclusive to the Microsoft Store.

Xbox Series X White 100% Compost Free

While Sony appears to be preparing a PS5 Pro for the coming months, Microsoft has simply opted to offer a non-physical version of its Xbox Series X, without a reader.

The console is identical to the current Xbox Series X in terms of specs. The only difference is that it's all white this time around. The size of the device and the storage space remain the same, as rumors suggested earlier this year.

Here's the new Xbox series.

Xbox Series S 1TB White Announced

We already knew about the Xbox Series S in black with 1TB storage, and now it's in white.

This console features the classic compact design of the Xbox Series S, but with a 1TB SSD, double the storage space of the original version. The Xbox Series S Carbon Black 1TB console will be sold while supplies last. The Xbox Series S 1TB in Robot White is available for pre-order for €349.99.

Xbox Series X 2TB Galaxy Black Special Edition

Microsoft also announced a new version of the Xbox Series X with a disc drive called the Galaxy Black Special Edition. It comes with 2TB of internal storage and apparently benefits from the same performance and features as the Xbox Series X.

Microsoft says it was inspired by the constellations and the spirit of exploration and adventure that space evokes to create this special edition Galaxy Black console. The Xbox Series X – 2TB Galaxy Black Special Edition is available for pre-order in limited quantities for €649.99
