Emeline Krug and Emmanuel Collin, coordinators of Espace France services in Montigny-le-Roi, occupied a desk ready to provide information to the public. This local service to citizens has not yet gained unanimity. However, it would be a shame to miss the appointments.
Tremplin 52 and its partners offer many answers on different topics. Emmanuel Collin offers EFS support services (reception, information, documentation, orientation, use of online services, support), training (IT, early childhood, road safety) and partner hotlines (public finance Tuesday, 9 am to 4 pm, Town Planning Department one Wednesday a month, 8.30 am to 12 pm, advice for home energy renewal every Thursday a month, 2 pm to 5 pm, and almost every Monday a month, 2 pm to 5 pm). Emeline Krug offers two types of employment-related services. Firstly, this applies to employment for “getting back on track” for anyone who wants to get back into an activity. For this reason, Tremplin 52 offers support and monitoring of professional projects with an individual path through the structure so that you can find a job at the end of the two years of support.
At the same time, the structure meets the needs of individuals, communities, companies, public institutions and associations, offering a wide range of services, from the maintenance of green spaces to the painting of buildings, including a service for the very intelligent person. Emeline gives the example of a person who does not live nearby, whose mother was in hospital, and who entrusted Tremplin 52 to collect her personal belongings from home and bring them to the hospital. “We intervene where no one else has a solution!” says the facilitator. The mobile agency Tremplin 52 travels every day of the week in the vast areas of the three communes of Sud-Haute-Marne, often in duplicate with partners Expert Emploi 52 (integration of disabled workers), EFS, ADPJ, the Board of Directors, Phill vers, MDPH, Rural Family, Local Mission and France Travel.
