Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One will receive features in the near future that will enable barrier-free gaming, Microsoft announced during its Xbox Accessibility Show.
With new tags, users must be shown whether they have accessibility functionality before purchasing games. With Quick Settings, barrier-free gaming settings are faster and easier to access.
For people who are color blind or people who are color-impaired, there are new and improved color filters on consoles, while gamers with light-sensitive eyes can use Night mode to dim the lights on consoles and TV.
Updates are also planned to enable speech-to-text and text-to-speech for conversations. There are also free accessibility courses for developers to help their games follow in Halo Infinite’s footsteps.

The new Halo title will appear on December 8th and will contain accessibility features that Microsoft is gradually releasing to consoles right from the start. So you can use subtitles, customize menus, and the game has audio output, text-to-speech and speech-to-text.
