New double in “heute journal”: On Monday, January 10th, 2022, at 9.45pm, Christian Sivers will welcome ZDF viewers to succeed Klaus Kleiber. Alongside him as co-curator, Hanna Zimmerman will present the news boxes in Hewitt Magazine for the first time.

Christian Sivers directs Hewitt Magazine in succession to Klaus Kleiber, now rotating with Marietta Slomka. Additionally, #ZDF Deputy Editor-in-Chief Bettina Skitterin will present the program a few weeks a year. In addition to Hanna Zimmermann, Gondola Gause and Heinz Wolff are still responsible for the joint equinox.
Gundula Gause can be seen in more current ZDF #news programs in the future. In addition to co-curating heute magazine, usually alongside Bettina Schausten, she will also manage heute journal update and heute #news which are published late at night at 12pm and 5pm.
Kai-Solvey Richter, who was formerly a co-presenter of Christian Sievers on “Hewett Magazine,” will now increasingly run Hewitt’s programs during the day? Among other things, issues at 12 noon and 5 pm.
Christian Sievers, born in 1969 in Offenbach am Main, presented “heute” at 7 p.m. on ZDF from 2014 to the end of September 2021 and occasionally “heute magazine”. He has been with ZDF since 1998, and was already the presenter of the “ZDF #Morgenmagazin” programme, as the presenter of projections and analyzes at ZDF #selection programs and the head of ZDF #Studio in Tel Aviv.
Hannah Zimmermann, born in Monster in 1988, has been the presenter of “e-magazine update” since September 2020, and previously managed the previous “heute +” format as of March 2018. Since 2015 she has been on ZDF for »heute?? In Germany” as well as for the “Special ZDF” and ZDF election programmes.
Born in Berlin in 1965, Gondola Gause has been co-managing “heute magazine” since March 1993 and has therefore been a trusted navigator across the #news world for nearly 30 years.
Kay-Sölve Richter, born in Gifhorn in 1974, has been running the “heute” programs on ZDF from 2011 until the end of 2021, the news was in the “heute journal” for a few weeks a year. Working at ZDF since 2005, she initially presented “heute” news for four years at “ZDF Morgenmagazin” and was the presenter of “ZDFwochen-journal” and “heute nacht”.
