On the morning of Sunday (November 28), Federal Police officers noticed two men on an ICE train from Cologne to Berlin trying to steal from a Berlin woman. Officers arrested the men at the station in Dortmund Central Station and found other stolen goods.

At about 6:45 am, Federal Police officers were on ICE 843 from Cologne in the direction of Berlin-Gisundbrunnen.
