Android is one of the most used operating systems on smartphones. With simple tips, you can customize and adapt your mobile phone to your use. Below, we will reveal how you can unlock your Android device in the future within a few seconds.
Unlocking the phone screen can be annoying in some situations. Especially when you have to unlock the phone many times in a very short time. IOS and Android devices now offer unlocking not only with fingerprint sensors, but also with facial recognition. However, the software is not always reliable.
An alternative is Android’s smart lock function, which uses different sensors to determine its surroundings. This means that your mobile phone stays unlocked or detects when someone else is using your smartphone and automatically locks itself.
Easily unlock your mobile phone: Activate Smart Lock – this is how it works
To activate Smart Lock, follow these steps – in our example on a Samsung device:
- First set up a secure lock method for your device under Device Security in Settings.
- Then the menu item “Unlock Effect” changes to “Secure lock settings”. Click on the point.
- Select “Smart Lock” and enter your PIN code to authorize the function on your mobile phone.
- You are now in the Smart Lock menu. Here you can access the following options:
reliable devices أجهزة: You classify one or more devices as “trusted.” If the smartphone is close to these devices, it will automatically unlock with Smart Lock.
Trustworthy places: You choose a location where the phone is always on.
reliable sound صوت: Your phone can use voice recognition to determine if you are using it.
Learn to wear clothesBy recognizing certain movement patterns, Smart Lock learns whether or not you are currently carrying your mobile phone with you. Your phone will then be automatically unlocked accordingly.
But the smart lock feature cannot only be used on Samsung devices. Since it is part of Android, it can be found in the settings of most devices – just search for “Smart Lock”.
