Josh Perry Adds PUBG Mobile Sponsorship

JR Motorsports announced on February 22 that PUBG Mobile will sponsor Josh Berry in four NASCAR Xfinity Series races in 2022.

Berry’s #8 will feature PUBG starting this weekend at Auto Club Speedway, with its other events at Phoenix Raceway, Circuit of the Americas, and Talladega Superspeedway.

“Mobile games are very popular these days, so it’s great to see PUBG Mobile in version 8,” Berry said in a team statement. “As a huge gaming fan, I am delighted to be able to represent PUBG Mobile as it celebrates its fourth anniversary. Our goal is to make the path to victory through this partnership and connect PUBG Mobile to a whole new and loyal fan base.

The game previously sponsored JRM’s Noah Gregson at several races years ago.

Perry finished 16th in the season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway.
