The full name of this model, “Redmi K70 Ultra Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse Edition”, refers to Lamborghini’s racing division. Its design is directly inspired by the Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2, a racing car specially designed for competitions in the international Lamborghini Super Trofeo series. This collaboration between Xiaomi and Lamborghini is not the first. In November 2023, a special edition of the Redmi K70 Pro was already launched in partnership with the Italian car manufacturer. This version is inspired by the Lamborghini Essenza SCV12, a hypercar specially designed for the track.
The success of this first collaboration likely encouraged the two brands to repeat the experiment with the Redmi K70 Ultra Lamborghini Racing Design Edition.
