Visual Voicemail (VVM) is a very useful device for listening to your voice messages, because it allows you to view your voicemail directly in the phone app. Therefore, it is no longer necessary to call a dedicated number to listen to messages left on the line.
This function has already been available for several years on iPhones, and is not provided by Free Mobile to all Android smartphone users. In fact, only Honor or Samsung smartphones running One UI 5.1 as a minimum can enjoy it from 2022.
The good news at the beginning of fall is that the rollout has finally been extended to a fleet of Android devices. Free 1337 (the official account of the free network) has actually been shared Twitter/X Information on October 2, 2024.

Therefore other brands can find the functionality directly in the Google Phone app. We also know that you have to be at least under version 139 of the latter to take advantage of visual voicemail thanks to the mobile network, or even update 142 to use wifi.
If this condition is met, the visual voicemail will appear in a dedicated section in the phone app (see post below). By clicking on it, it is possible to read a voice message, share it, delete it, call back or send a message to the correspondent and block/report the number.

Please note that the feature may require activation via a Free Mobile account in order to take effect. Therefore, the following steps should be followed:
- Log in via Login portal
- He presses My mobile phone plan
