A machine for three souls
The new Tracer 9 is powered by the popular 890 cc three-cylinder CP3 engine3It is capable of delivering 119 HP and 93 Nm of torque. Known for its linear and full-body delivery, this engine guarantees high performance and is equipped with five driving modes. The frame is made of die-cast aluminum and is mated to 17-inch light alloy wheels with fully adjustable KYB suspension and Bridgestone tires dedicated to this model..
The ergonomics of the 2025 have been improved to provide greater comfort for the rider and passenger. The redesigned saddle is height adjustable, and the riding position is more relaxed, which (Iwata promises) allows you to cover the kilometers with ease. Yamaha paid particular attention to aerodynamic safety, with a redesigned fairing and manually adjustable windshield on the base version and electrics on the GT and GT+ versions.

Technology at the Pilot's Service

Key technologies include Adaptive Matrix LED headlights, which automatically adjust the intensity and distribution of the light beam based on light conditions and traffic, ensuring optimal visibility in every situation. The Y-AMT automatic gearbox (Yamaha Automatic Manual Transmission, which we talk about in detail here), is available as standard on the TRACER 9 GT+ and optional on other versions, allowing you to choose between a fully automatic gearbox. Mode and manual with clutch servo-assisted. GT and GT+ models are also equipped KYB Electronic Suspension (KADS) Semi-active, i.e. suitable for autonomous driving conditions. Finally, the Tracer 9 GT+ is equipped with radar, which in turn allows you to take advantage of advanced technologies such as adaptive cruise control and blind spot detection.
