logistics park Electronic Valley, located in Hauts-de-France, continues its development with the opening of the Aftral Training Center and the announcement of the delivery of Building D. Named Aftral Cambrai, the new Vocational Training Center is located in the heart of E-Valley, in the offices of the old colonel of a former air base. It consists of 1,300 square meters of teaching warehouses, 300 square meters of training/education rooms, two truck driving simulators, and an outdoor exercise area consisting of two truck lanes. Training to drive wagons, trainers and carriers has already begun. Further job development training will be offered at E-Valley and the Cambrésis Basin.
Delivered by Quartus, Building D of E-Valley occupies 60,935 square metres, including 58,298 square metres, for warehousing, and is 10.5 meters high. It consists of 10 cells measuring 5,800 square meters and has 68 platform doors, three level doors, and two office spaces of 1,170 square meters each. E-Valley also announced that Building H should deliver the first 42,549 square meters in September.
