As a preview of the May 1st and All in Castles May 1st Day organized by ADT, you can discover the site as if you were a bird, thanks to the drone that will fly over the castle.
Equipped with a virtual reality headset, comfortably mounted on a reclining chair, discover live, from the air for free, the different views of Kagenfels Castle and its environment captured by a drone. Commented on live photos by site volunteers who will let you discover the castle, its history and the work in progress.
Visitors are welcomed in the order of their arrival – sessions of 10 to 15 minutes (including an hour break at lunchtime).
The castle can only be reached on foot, and there are 5 different trails to reach the castle at www.kagenfels.org

Kagenfels, a medieval fortress 15 km from Obernai on Mount Sainte-Odile, provides an overview of the site captured by a drone and commented by volunteers from the reconstruction site.
