Artists
Tatiana Truvet is one of France’s most important and influential artists. Her work has been exhibited at the Venice Biennale, in São Paulo and in numerous solo exhibitions around the world. She was born in 1968 in Cosenza, Italy, raised in Dakar, Senegal, and now lives in Paris. In her work, which consists of installations, objects, and drawings, she traces the relationship between space, time and memories. They create situations that seem to hide the stories that appeal to our subconscious. Tatiana Truff selected works by Heidi Bucher, Liz Major, Martha Rusler, Beverly Buchanan, Lena Bo Bardi and Maria Martins for her virtual show. Documents accompany the exhibition’s creation, which paves the way from imagination to virtual reality. Each artist is presented in a short photograph. A tribute to architect Lena Bo Bardi and artist Maria Martins, who live in Brazil, Tatiana Truff creates a tropical landscape in her virtual gallery as the works enter into dialogue.
