Cincoze launches its new industrial computer for autonomous mobile robots

The latest series of compact industrial computers DI-1100 from the Taiwanese manufacturer is finding its way into smart factories.

This series is for Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) and enables the delivery of components to production line or goods to warehouses and remote external monitoring of the entire system 24/7. The series is designed for low consumption thus reducing charging time. The various options allow customers to connect to cameras, networks and sensors, in order to follow the location of AMRs in real time.

One of the main challenges in monitoring these autonomous bots is the system’s ability to operate remotely in the open air. To withstand adverse weather conditions, the DI-1100 series is protected against overvoltage and overcurrent and can withstand temperatures from -40 to +70°C. The computer stores monitoring footage and collects data from production equipment that can then be sent via 4G for analysis.
