In just over two weeks, EA Sports will release the next version of its NHL game.
We know that the game will not be available this year for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 users.
However, just a few weeks before the official launch of the new game, EA Sports has started revealing the probabilities of the different players in the league.
EA has published a list of the top 20 wingers in the league and among them we find some obvious names.
The ranking is led by Nikita Kucherov (95), David Pastrnak (95), Artemi Panarin (95), Kirill Kaprizov (93), and Mikko Rantanen (93).
We didn't find Cole Caufield's name on the list, but EA Sports still wanted to share his rating.
This year, at least at the start of the season, the CH striker will have a rating of 88:

Remember, however, that a player's rating may vary during the season.
It all depends on the players' performance, in the end. For example, if a player is struggling and not being productive, his rating will drop.
The opposite is also true: if a player has good times, his rating will go up.
It's not rocket science, hehe.
Thus, Cofield will start the season with a rating of 88, which is an improvement over last year.
For NHL 24, EA Sports (initially) gave it a score of 86:

In the coming days, EA Sports will continue to reveal the ratings of some players.
However, I can't wait to see Nick Suzuki's season with the one he just delivered…
Can the midfielder get close to a 90 rating? That remains to be seen, but I wouldn't be surprised if it happened.
