Careers that offer real prospects for development and customized training opportunities. “This high point will create a simulation around these passionate professions, encouraging careers and the discovery of training and retraining opportunities. At the same time, we support job seekers in creating and acquiring craft businesses in our region,” says Helen Blanc Le Payon, regional food trade expert at Pôle. Employed. The baker, the pastry chef, the canned food or the butcher… All these professions are being recruited and are experiencing a revival in popularity after the health crisis: consumer behavior has changed with the desire to consume locally, relying on the talents of local craftsmen.
