So far, the relationship between the United States and China does not seem to be improving

FifthExpectations seem for Huawei and Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. And many other companies are bleak. Biden’s candidate for Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo was not very optimistic about the current sanctions relief. The background of this is two black lists that contain a number of international companies. Part also comes from China. If American companies want to sell American technology or intellectual property to the corresponding companies, they must first obtain a state license. The reason for this is that listed companies are considered a potential security risk to the United States or its foreign policy interests.

At the Senate confirmation hearing, Raymondo stated regarding these lists that she currently sees no reason why listed business units should not stand on them. There doesn’t seem to be any improvement on the horizon for companies like Huawei. Since the candidate did not speak clearly in favor of keeping the companies in question on the lists, many House Republicans responded angrily. They immediately demanded that the Democrat’s nomination be postponed. The responsible Senate committee blocked this. Speaking of the events at a regular press conference, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin urged the US government to end the brutal crackdown on Chinese companies.
