In Scaër, Micro-Folies: an innovation to discover and make yourself – Scaër

Saturday 5 March in the afternoon Micro-folies are published, to the public, in the creative rooms, on the occasion of the last day of the library, in the space of Youenn-Gwernig, in Scaër. Micro-Folie is a network with a digital museum. Micro-Folies fulfills three ambitions: revitalizing districts to create new folk places, presenting masterpieces of everyone’s greatest cultural institutions and promoting creativity by allowing local artists and residents to perform within the Micro-Folie Network.

Delphine Cinquin, Head of the Library, explained to visitors the process, collectively or individually, to view the works, among the twenty discs available, as well as the games.

mediating role

“Our interest will be to mediate from playlists and in certain topics, to visit and mix about a dozen works (sculpture, music, drawing) in the form of a conference. We can then reject this in the form of activities, for example when we have a Fab Lab”, explains Delphine Cinquin Partnerships exist: for example, certain concerts are noted in the Micro-folies catalog, and we can stream them. In some areas, museums are partner,” she explains.

In the free space of the future library, we will find the Micro Foliage, in a few months.
