Kanimozhi gives tools to palm climbers

In an effort to encourage more young people to practice palm growing and palm climbing, the state government has provided them with a tool that helps climbers get to the top of trees safely and quickly.

Granting climbers, MP for Thoothukudi, Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, said the budget presented by the Agriculture Minister emphasizes palm tree cultivation in Tamil Nadu.

Speaking at a reception hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture in Antonypurpuram here which was attended by Minister Geetha Jeevan, Mayor Jagan Piriasamy, Jama K. Senthil Raj and others, said that under the ATMA program, farmers can benefit from more subsidies and subsidies and reap huge profits.

She said that the Ministry of Agriculture is organizing a training program and awareness events with the aim of saving water wisely, using less fertilizers, and adopting technology in crops until harvest. In doing so, the return was high and the profits both fair and attractive.

The MP then inaugurated the newly constructed Anganwadi Centers in Mangalapuram, Thrisbram, VV Dee Park and among other places where Community Commissioner T. She also chaired a review meeting at the company, during which officials were briefed on ongoing development work.
