KFC said in a statement on Tuesday that it was part of an alliance with KFConsole hardware manufacturer Cooler Master.
“The Barcain Bucket Shaped Machine is built into the world’s first chicken coop, which keeps its contents warm and ready for consumption during intensive gaming sessions.” KFC added.
Thanks to your chicken’s customized built-in cooling system, it will keep the console hardware at a normal temperature while at the same time heating the chicken room with the heat generated by its components.
The console can handle virtual reality games and offers smooth gaming thanks to the compatibility of 240 frames per second and 4K display, according to details released by Cooler Master.
“This machine is capable of running games on high-level specifications, in addition to keeping your food hot for you to enjoy during your gaming experience … which one does not like?” Mark Sievers, PR & Social Media Leaders, KFC UK & Ireland, said in a statement.
“If Sony or Microsoft want tips on how to design a chicken coop for their efforts next time, they would be welcome to get in touch.”
This is not the first time the fast food chain has collaborated with other brands.
In February, KFC and Crocs announced the KFC X Crocs Bucket Clog, a limited edition shoe covered in a fried chicken axis. Also, in December 2019, the fast food chain teamed up with artificial fire recording company Enviro-Lock to offer 11 herbs and spices Firelock with chicken flavor.
