Samasa (3.5). He had a quiet match until he saved against Didio (43). He did everything well, but he ruined his game and the team by dropping the ball at the feet of Johan Gastein (1-1, 68). If he cannot do anything about Clermont's second goal (1-2, 87th), his game will be marred by a mistake already seen against Dunkirk.

Vargas (6). He managed his opponent's climb well and was the author of several good sequences. Complete and well made match on his right side.

Kwasi (6.5). After the slump at Annecy, he reminded everyone why he had been a starter since the start of the season. Clean tackles, timely flow and, above all, risk-taking that pays off when reminded. He allowed Baswamina to slip wide while going over.

Tavares (6). He left Diedhiou no space with his constant communication. There's not much to complain about except for giving too much freedom for Baswamina to drive towards goal (1-2, 87).

Cocolo (7). More than just a substitute on the left side, he could slowly become number one in the hierarchy alongside Amin Charni. He beat Ousmane Diop perfectly with a lot of speed and power. His decisive victory over Malek Al Saluki's goal is a combination of these two qualities (1-0, 29). Goal ball blocked by goalkeeper (79').

Sana (6). He framed the Clermont midfielders well and was always next to Keita so as not to give him the chance to restart easily.

Roy (6.5). His tactical sense of position is always on point. He was the organizer of the Laval game and his exit was painful. He was replaced by Thomas (65').

Saluki (6.5). He caused problems for the Clermont defense by playing between the lines. He was not far from opening the scoring with a ground kick, but Ndiaye intervened (9'), and finally opened the scoring by receiving a deflected pass from Koukolo. He was important in keeping possession and could have equalized at the end of the game if Ndiaye had not intervened at the end of the game.

Zohe (5). We would like to see him more offensively, but he made some good transitions and almost opened the scoring very early (2'). His defensive contribution should never be neglected.

Choconte (6). He dominates Laval's game and almost all attacking balls pass through him. Good chance from the start of the match (2') then a header over (17'). He was replaced by Doucoure (65').

Camara (4). He made many calls, but did not always make the right choices when he was receiving service. He was replaced by Martinez (73').
