For starters Throne and Freedom In Steam Early Access for North America, Europe, and Japan, developers have outlined what we can expect from NCSoft and Amazon Server Management.
From the beginningEarly access, Thursday 26 SeptemberUntil Thursday, October 17th, every player will receive two free server transfer tickets per day. These will expire 24 hours after being requested to avoid inventory, but NCSoft wants to give you every opportunity to find the right server for you.

“During the full release on Tuesday, October 1st, we will temporarily restrict the transfer of characters from the Early Access servers to the release servers,” explains NCSoft. “Players on Full Release Servers may transfer (subject to space availability) to Early Access Servers or other Full Release Servers. Without restrictions. We plan to remove the 'Early Access' label and allow players to request transfers from Early Access to full release servers in due course.”
“During the free transfer period, you can Transfer to eligible areas whenever you want (based on the number of tickets requested). Pay attention during transfer. If you move from a server and its population limit is reached, there is no guarantee that you will be able to return to that server.”
After October 17Server transfers are subject to a 30-day cooldown and require Lucent, the game's premium currency. Lucent can be purchased with real money, PvP matches, and by selling items in the auction house.
