In Pas-de-Calais, the project team is led by Frédéric Sampson, Deputy Governor of Montreuil-sur-Mer, Administrative Reference for Digital, jointly with Bénédicte Messeanne-Grobelny, Vice-President of the Pas-de County Council – the council responsible for the social and solidarity economy and digital uses, with support From digital fiber mixed syndicate services 59/62. Its task is to identify the areas likely to benefit from the new electricity towers, making it possible to gauge the reality of mobile coverage in the territory.

Since 2018, 27 sites have already been selected, including 8 identified in 2021 by ministerial orders. The selected operators will have to cover the area either within 24 months after the ordinance is published, or within 12 months if the community provides them with serviced land.
