The GE76 Raider Dragon Edition Tiamat states at first glance that it is a gaming laptop. This is not only due to the clearly etched casing, but also due to the bezel-less lighting strip and the keyboard with single-switch RGB lighting.
The 17.3-inch screen has a Full HD resolution and supports a maximum frame rate of 300Hz. GeForce RTX 3080 was initially mentioned with 16GB GDDR6 memory and Intel Core i9-10980HK to enable smooth gameplay. Depending on the configuration, DDR4-3200 RAM is added from 64GB of RAM and up to two M.2 SSDs (PCIe 3.0).
MSI GE76 Raider Dragon Edition scored 11.749 points (GPU: 12366, CPU: 9162) on 3DMark’s Time Spy benchmark. Thanks to the existing graphics chip, DLSS 2.0 and ray tracing are supported in games. Another special feature: The notebook already supports the new Wi-Fi 6E standard for fast and stable communications.
