Nintendo Collapses with Starlight to roll out hospital-safe consoles across the US

You may have thought that the Nintendo Switch was the ultimate portable console, but you have never seen it before. Nintendo’s Starlight gaming station – not a new console, but a special edition of the switch designed for hospitals and health centers – is equipped with 25 games and can be rotated to different rooms.

The latest collaboration between Nintendo and Starlight was the gaming station Announced last year At Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington. The same hospital that first received the console, it comes in four designs (Mario, Princess Beach, Yoshi and Dongkong), and it is designed to be disinfectant and easy to clean. Includes 25 games already loaded on the gaming station The Legend of Zelda: Wild Breath, Super Mario Maker 2, Super Mario Party, Pokemon: Let’s go Picasso, Super Mario Odyssey, In the Stardew Valley, Cuphead, And Minecraft. What a journey!

We conclude with this heart-wrenching quote from Starlight, which they say is better than we can ever:

“Gaming provides joy to children trapped in the hospital by providing much-needed distractions from recreational and stressful situations. It can also provide emotional support, resulting in reduced anxiety and improved mood.”

Yes, we will continue to cry for our happiness.
