Piccellia is doubling its workforce ahead of fundraising and setting up a research center in artificial intelligence and computer vision

Picsellia, a French startup specializing in artificial intelligence and computer vision, has announced a hiring plan that aims to double its workforce in Paris and Toulouse. The company is also preparing to raise funds worth 5 to 10 million euros for the end of the year, which will allow it to pursue its ambition: to expand globally and become the standard for computer vision development, while leveraging the French and European technology ecosystem in terms of data and computing power.

Founded in 2020 by Thibaut Lucas (CEO) and Pierre-Nicolas Tiffreau (CTO), Picsellia has developed a platform that allows data science and AI development teams to manage the entire lifecycle of their AI models, from data annotation to production, while facilitating cooperation. and performance monitoring.

The CVOps platform (which combines MLOps and Computer Vision) is designed with a true “connector” approach to AI Vision, providing all the dedicated tools for creating computer vision models while connecting the tools to existing customer requirements, ensuring the entire application lifecycle is covered. These solutions are deployed in key sectors such as smart cities, energy infrastructure, precision agriculture, defense and environment.
