Aboard her colorful van, bearing the image of the Orient’Action group, Laurence Faure, a psychologist and professional development consultant, based in Portet-sur-Garonne, greeted some of her clients. “Nature invites us to open our horizons and get closer to what is necessary for us.” With these words, Lawrence encourages external therapy, in order to break the traditional barrier and support its recipients towards new perspectives. Hired as a work psychologist and ergonomics expert at SNCF, she worked there for twenty years before taking an apprenticeship, joining Orient’Action, in order to support people in need of a professional transition.

The group, which was created in 2008, now has more than 300 consultants spread across the country. The company Haute-Garonne is growing and every year it opens several dealerships in the United States

Skills assessment, which is more and more demanded by the population, often confused with all occupational backgrounds and sometimes a stagnant professional situation, constitutes the main task of Lawrence.
