This person, aged 35 and of no fixed address, was holding a laptop in his hand, a detail that immediately caught the attention of police.

The investigation then led them to the City Gili neighborhood, not far from there, where they arrested him. During his arrest, the man tried to justify himself. He said that the computer and documents he was carrying belonged to a friend of his, and he was keeping them waiting to be returned to him.
