The 32-year-old had just delivered a delivery when he noticed a broken side window in his car and a shortage of his cell phone. As police in Cologne reported on Wednesday, he saw two suspects running away and followed them on foot. Finally, he asked for help from a passerby. With his active help, it was possible to stop one of the duo who had previously locked the stolen cell phone. The 15-year-old, who was known to the police, was arrested by the police.
