“The game is getting better and better,” Diablo 4 players have high hopes for the future of the game, especially Season 5.

The rest after this announcement

While Diablo 4’s new class, Spiritborn, has just been revealed, the hype is building for Blizzard’s next ARPG expansion. However, in the short term, we’ll need to focus on that. Season 5which will arrive very soon and will make us wait before it arrives. Ship of hate.

So far it has been tested on the PTR (Public Test Realm), and it hasn't really impressed players who have pointed out some remaining issues. Blizzard has listened to them and made a number of changes, and Hope is born again In the community that is now eagerly awaiting the S5!

Season 5 was slightly criticized on the PTR.

Among the new features of Diablo 4 Season 5 we find:

  • the “Hellish hordes” : Some kind of new endgame content, a roguelite version with multiple waves of enemies where you can collect different buffs over time, etc.
  • plenty Arbitrage,
  • More simplicity to summon endgame bosses,
  • Increased difficulty of world leaders.

But after several days of testing The players were not convinced. The balance wasn't good, especially for the Barbarians who were buffed rather than nerfed, and they complained about the lack of a clear identity for this new season, as well as the fear of some good additions to S4 like Psychocage leaving.

After receiving all this feedback, Blizzard announced New changes Which seemed to reassure the players clearly.

Is Diablo 4 Season 5 saved?

I thought Season 5 would be a pretty weak season considering the expansion is coming soon with Season 6 coming soon after, and I was okay with that. But after seeing the previews, it's clear that the changes are […] Really impressive. I'm now looking forward to season 5.

Just wanted to say. Good job. The game is getting better and better.

With several big D4 streamers, we've been able to see some of the new changes made to the S5 and it's good to hear:

  • there psychological cage Stays in the game and can be collected up to 3x,
  • The Infernal Hordes have been redesigned: they are now simpler and bring more rewards,
  • The balance has brought all the layers closer together in energy level.

The changes made to Uniques have been particularly well received by players. In fact, they will now receive additional titles and their stats will become stronger. According to Rob2628The goal is for each build to have 2-4 unique designs.

All of this bodes well for Diablo 4 Season 5, which will pave the way for the first DLC, Vessel of Hatred, to arrive on October 8. Are you excited for the S5 or will you wait for the extension?
