Other functions that are now also activated for Office users without a Microsoft subscription are recording Powerpoint presentations, an expanded library of Powerpoint content and modern Excel formulas. A Microsoft 356 subscription is still required for features like Presenter Coach in PowerPoint or Grammar Suggestions in the Editor.
Office Home & Student 2021 costs €149.00. This includes Word, Excel, Powerpoint, One Note, and Microsoft Teams for PC and Mac. Office Home & Business 2021 costs €299.00. This also includes Outlook for PC and Mac and application usage rights for business purposes.
Instead, the apps are included in a Microsoft 365 subscription, which costs €7 per month or €69 per year per person. Both work on Windows 11, Windows 10, and the three most recent versions of macOS.
