Tech companies like Asus, Sony, Samsung, Poco and Lava, among others, launched a new batch of smartphones, laptops, headphones and more this week (February 28 – March 6).

Asus Vivobook 13 Slate OLED Series
The new Asus features a 13.3-inch 16:9 OLED HDR display (1920 x 1080 pixels) with 0.2ms response time, 1.07 billion colors and up to 550 nits of brightness and 0.0005 nits of deep black, promising a brighter, more detailed display expertise.
The company claims that the OLED panel has 70% less harmful blue light than LCD panels and is TÜV Rheinland certified to ensure the device meets high quality and safety standards. For an optimal viewing experience, the screen also supports Dolby Vision.
It has four built-in speakers with Dolby Atmos support with a smart speaker that optimizes volume and suppresses distortion, to deliver better music, movies or podcasts in a detailed audio scene, with perfect clarity and realistic spatial separation.
As you can see, the device is not just a screen, but it comes with a slim and detachable keyboard. It attaches magnetically and promises to provide the best printing experience.
Under the hood, it’s powered by an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 3.3GHz 1.1GHz processor (4MB cache, 4 cores), Windows 11 Home OS, 4GB/8GB RAM, 128GB/256GB storage and comes with USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C display support, 3.5mm combo audio jack and micro SD card reader.
ASUS Vivobook 13 Slate OLED has a 50W battery and can provide up to nine hours of battery life on a single charge. In addition, the touch screen of the device supports Asus Pen 2.0. It can be charged via a hidden USB-C port. You can charge up to 100% in just 30 minutes, giving you more than 140 hours of use. Depending on the RAM + storage configuration, the device is priced between Rs 45,990 and Rs 62,990 respectively.
Sony WH-XB910N
It features dual noise sensor technology for digital noise cancellation. With extra bass and a Digital Sound Enhancement Engine (DSEE), it promises to deliver immersive 360-degree sound.
It also supports adaptive volume control for smart listening and a hassle-free experience with Google’s Fast Pair. Moreover, it comes with a multi-point port for seamless connectivity. Also, it promises to offer a long-lasting battery of 30 hours for uninterrupted music playback on a single charge. It costs 14,990 rupees.
Lava X2 . series
The new phone comes with a 6.5-inch HD screen, a fingerprint sensor, a MediaTek octa-core processor, powered by Android 11 (Go edition), 2 GB RAM, 32 GB storage (expandable) and a 5000 mAh battery that promises to deliver 38 hours from operating. Talk time and up to 10.5 hours of YouTube streaming on a single charge.
It also has an 8-megapixel dual camera with LED flash on the back and a 5-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies and video chats. It is available in two colors – blue and cyan – for 6,999 rupees. For a limited time, it will be available for Rs 6,599 on Amazon and Lava online store until March 11th.
Poco M4 Pro
It comes with a 6.43-inch HD+ AMOLED display (1080 x 2400 pixels) with a 90Hz refresh rate, supports up to 1,000 nits of brightness, a side fingerprint sensor, two SIM slots, a dedicated microSD card slot, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Infrared blaster (for controlling the support of smart TVs and air conditioners).
Inside, the new M4 Pro features a 12nm octa-core MediaTek Hello G96 chipset, Mali-G57 MC2 graphics engine, MIUI 13 based on Android 11, 6GB/8GB RAM (LPDDR4X), and 64GB/128GB USF 2.2 (Expandable up to 1TB, Triple Camera Module – Main Camera 64MP (f/1.8) + 8MP 118° Wide Angle (f/2.2), 2MP Macro Camera (f/2.4) ) with rear LED flash, 16 MP (f / 2.4) front camera, 5000 mAh battery with 33W charger.
It will be available in three configurations – in three variants: 6GB + 64GB for INR 14,999, 6GB + 128GB for INR 16,499 and 8GB + 128GB for INR 17,999 respectively. It is available in three colors: yellow, strong black, and cool blue.
Rapoo H series helmets.
The Rapoo H100 Plus features stereo audio output with a rotating microphone for improved sound management. It has convenient volume adjustment and smoothly supports voice calls. This headset comes with a wired transfer mode and a 3.5mm audio jack for easy connection. It costs 999 rupees.

It offers more features such as smooth HD voice calls and other multiple features of selected control functions, ensuring a hassle-free and excellent experience. It costs 1,499 rupees.
Samsung Galaxy Book2 Series
It has a graphite-colored case with a 14-inch HD display with anti-glare technology.
Windows 11 Pro OS out of the box, 8GB RAM (option to expand to 64GB via two slots), 51.5Wh battery with 65W USB-C charger, 1080P HD + IR camera for security Face Recognition, Force Key Fingerprint, Dual MIC, Stereo Speaker, Dolby Atmos Audio, USB-C (x 1), USB-A (x 2), One Thunderbolt 4 Port, HDMI 2.0, RJ45, Headphone/jack 3.55mm microphone, microSD slot and Kensington lock.
The company offers several processor options: Intel vPro with 12th generation Intel Core i5 or i7 processors and 12th generation Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors.
For the graphics card, consumers will have the option to choose between Intel UHD Graphics, Intel Iris X Graphics, and NVIDIA GeForce MX570 A.
It also has a Tamper Alert feature that detects and tracks malicious attempts to interfere with critical security data and stops computer attacks before the operating system is compromised.
Galaxy Book2 Business can stop attempts to compromise its system by creating a hardware-based trust root, which validates the BIOS and creates a trusted chain of trust between the processor, the secure embedded processor, and the SPI flash.
Samsung also launched the Galaxy Book2 Pro series with more powerful hardware during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 (February 8 – March 3) in Barcelona.
