On Tuesday morning, Bremen police investigators returned his 32-year-old cellphone to his previously stolen cellphone. A woman caught him from a supermarket after the man dropped her.
At the end of February, the 32-year-old was in a supermarket near the main train station when the phone fell unnoticed. A 63-year-old took it and left the store. The video showed the woman picking up the phone, watching the man, and then putting it in her shopping cart. The man reported the loss to the police. After extensive investigations, police officers found the woman on Tuesday morning in a hotel on Rembertering Street. She turned over the phone and apologized and said she thought it was her phone, and she dropped it too.
The cell phone was returned to its owner. He felt relieved, as it contained important data that he needed for his imminent return trip to his homeland. Police officers filed a criminal complaint against the 63-year-old for theft.
