Among the models announced by Dell, the manufacturer has unveiled the Precision 5470 PC which, according to the manufacturer, is the world’s most compact, high-performance 14-inch workstation.
Designed for dedicated professionals, creators or even engineers, this is one of the first laptops built around the 12th generation Intel Core H-series processors. It also comes with Dell’s Optimizer software, which uses artificial intelligence to learn from your work habits to optimize performance and battery life.
configurable platform
As usual, Dell will offer several configurations of its device to meet the needs of each customer. Thus, it will be possible to choose the following:
- Storage 4 TB
- 64 GB DDR5 RAM
- Nvidia RTX A1000 Graphics Chip
To support this performance, Dell engineers have designed a new type of cooling announced by the manufacturer.
The Precision 5470 features a 14-inch ultra-thin bezel display with TUV-certified ComfortView Plus technology to reduce blue light emission without affecting the screen’s original colors and resources.
In terms of connectivity, the computer supports Wi-Fi 6E with support for simultaneous multi-network connectivity. Practically speaking, it is possible to connect to a network socket while connected to a Wi-Fi network to take advantage of the best possible speed. You can then disconnect from the wired network to move around without any tampering or disconnection.
The output is scheduled for April and the computer will be offered from 1,894 euros excluding taxes.
