Five months after its arrival in the United States, the Apple Vision Pro has arrived in French Apple stores. The virtual reality headset created by the inventor of the MacBook and iPhone can now grace the heads of French geeks, dazzled by the fantastic promises of this “space computer,” as Apple calls it. When we tested it in February, at the time of its release in the United States, we were impressed by the quality of the images transmitted as well as by this unique working environment, with finger movements, that breaks everything we knew until then.
Like the beginnings of the iPad, the Vision Pro seems to open up a new way of computing, but as with its brilliant predecessor, it doesn’t offer us any basic applications or uses that would allow us to glimpse a real breakthrough.
