A stranger in Plauen took advantage of the good nature of an eleven-year-old boy on Sunday. According to the police, he spoke to the boy at the post office at noon and asked if he could borrow his cell phone. The boy handed the phone to the man, expecting to retrieve it within a minute. When the man got on the phone, he got on his bike and hid with his cell phone. At home, the boy reported the accident to his parents. They filed charges against the stranger.
